Opportunity overview
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node.js/React), you will join one of our core product teams working on a platform that aggregates, processes, and visualizes complex business data. Your work will streamline operations, improve user experience, and support better decision-making through automation and well-designed interfaces.
Expect a collaborative, cloud-native environment (Azure-first) where you'll contribute across the entire stack - from API design to React components - and play a key role in shaping the evolution of the tech stack.

Your Responsibilities
Designing and building scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js, as well as developing frontend components with React and TypeScript.
Integrating external APIs and services, ensuring seamless data flow across the platform.
Collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners to define and deliver high-quality features that translate business requirements into well-structured technical solutions.
Optimizing code for performance, maintainability, and scalability across both frontend and backend layers.
Writing unit and integration tests (Jest or similar) and contributing to a culture of quality and reliability.
Proposing improvements in architecture, tooling, and development workflows - taking ownership of technical decisions within your scope.
Contributing to code reviews, documentation, and mentoring less experienced developers.
Participating actively in Agile processes and continuous delivery practices.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in a fullstack role.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js for backend development.
Strong proficiency in React and frontend development patterns.
Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms - OAuth2, JWT.
Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Azure.
Comfortable using Git, Docker, and Linux CLI.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong ownership mindset - proactive, collaborative, and able to drive initiatives across the full stack.
Good English communication skills, comfortable in both technical and cross-functional discussions.
Nice to Have
Experience with microservices architecture.
Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Knowledge of security best practices in web application development.
Experience in mentoring or leading small engineering teams.
