Opportunity overview
As a Junior Software AI Engineer, you will start your career working with agentic AI, one of the fastest-growing areas in technology. Under the guidance of experienced engineers, you’ll help build AI agents, LLM-based solutions, and automations used in real client projects.
No commercial experience is required, and current students are welcome to apply. What matters most is your genuine passion for AI, your willingness to learn, and the projects you’ve already built on your own. You’ll join a team of passionate engineers who value technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the team in designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows.
Developing custom tools, integrations, and automations for LLM-based solutions, primarily in Python.
Experimenting with new AI technologies, frameworks, and approaches, and sharing your findings with the team.
Testing and evaluating the quality of AI agents and their outputs.
Writing clean, well-documented code and participating in code reviews.
Learning modern engineering practices, including Git workflows, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
Working closely with senior engineers and growing your skills through mentoring and hands-on project work.
What We’re Looking For
A degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Knowledge of Python (preferred), Java, or SQL.
Strong interest in AI technologies, especially AI agents, agentic AI, and LLMs.
At least one personal, academic, or open-source project related to AI agents, agentic AI, or LLMs, described in your CV.
Basic understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
Eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Good English communication skills, enabling collaboration in international teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) or agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).
Familiarity with core LLM concepts, such as prompt engineering, tool calling, or RAG.
Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot).
Familiarity with Git and basic cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
