Do you love finding great people and telling the story that makes them want to join? We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our People & Talent team and help Cloudfide grow by attracting exceptional tech talent from around the world.
This role combines two worlds. One is hands-on recruitment: sourcing, screening and guiding candidates through the hiring journey. The other is creative: building our employer brand on LinkedIn, crafting engaging content and running ad campaigns that put our job offers in front of the right people. It’s a perfect fit for a student with at least a year of HR experience who wants to grow at the intersection of recruitment and employer branding, fully remotely.
AI is a core part of how we work. You’ll use tools like Claude (premium account provided) and Canva every day to research, write, design and move faster. If you’re already experimenting with AI to work smarter, you’ll feel right at home here.
Your Responsibilities
Source and engage tech candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, communities, niche platforms, referrals, direct outreach)
Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit (culture, communication, tech exposure)
Coordinate interviews and next steps with hiring managers
Plan and create LinkedIn content that showcases Cloudfide as a great place to work, including team stories, culture, behind-the-scenes and recruitment updates
Design visuals and job post graphics in Canva
Launch and manage paid social campaigns promoting our job offers, then analyze their results and optimize them
Use AI tools to speed up sourcing research, outreach messaging, content creation and reporting
Track recruitment and campaign performance and keep candidate data up to date in our internal tools
Collaborate with the People & Talent team to improve candidate experience and our employer brand strategy
What We’re Looking For
Active student status (studies in HR, Psychology, Management, Marketing or related fields)
At least 1 year of experience in HR, ideally in employer branding or talent acquisition (internship or commercial)
Confident, everyday use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for research, writing and content creation
Hands-on experience with Canva
Experience creating content for LinkedIn or other social media channels
Strong understanding of LinkedIn as both a sourcing and a branding platform
Excellent communication skills and a good eye for engaging, on-brand content
Ability to organize your work, juggle recruitment and content tasks, and follow up consistently
Proactive, creative mindset: you bring ideas and like testing what works
Fluent English (written & spoken)
Nice to Have
Experience in an IT / tech company or recruiting for tech roles (Data, Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps)
Experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
Familiarity with Boolean / X-Ray search techniques
Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Startup or fast-paced environment experience
