Opportunity overview
As a Mid Java Engineer, you will contribute to building and evolving the core platform components that power applications across our clients' ecosystems. You'll work closely with Senior Engineers, take on meaningful development tasks, and grow your skills in a dynamic, cloud-native environment with real impact on international organizations and Fortune 500 clients.

Your Responsibilities
Contributing to the development of reusable components and modules that serve as the foundation for other applications - enabling seamless integration across platforms.
Supporting the onboarding process for new applications, helping automate tasks and ensure smooth integration experiences.
Participating in continuous platform development, working within defined architectural patterns and gradually expanding your scope.
Collaborating with Senior Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business and product objectives.
Following and contributing to engineering best practices - clean code, version control, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
Proactively identifying improvements within your scope and sharing ideas with the wider team.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Java Developer in a commercial environment.
Solid proficiency in Java and Spring Boot - comfortable delivering production-grade backend features.
Familiarity with database systems - relational and/or NoSQL.
Understanding of network protocols and basic distributed systems concepts.
Proficiency in Linux command line operations and Git for version control.
Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
Willingness to work closely with Senior Engineers, learn from feedback, and take on increasing responsibility over time.
Fluent English communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Understanding of high-quality code principles - SOLID, DRY, KISS, hexagonal architecture.
Experience with O/R mapping frameworks.
Basic knowledge of security best practices and AuthZ/AuthN mechanisms.
Experience with basic shell scripting (e.g. bash).
