As a Scrum Master working in IT delivery projects, you will be a key enabler for high-performing Agile teams, ensuring smooth delivery, strong collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will champion Agile values and foster an environment of empowerment, accountability, and transparency.

This role requires excellent facilitation and coaching skills, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build trust and alignment across diverse technical teams and stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can inspire, guide, and lead teams toward efficiency, innovation, and shared success, while balancing people-centric leadership with delivery excellence.

Your impact zone

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices are followed

  • Coach teams and stakeholders to adopt and evolve Agile mindset and practices

  • Foster psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement culture

  • Support delivery planning, execution and effective flow of work

  • Identify and remove impediments to delivery and team performance

  • Promote self-organization, ownership, and accountability across the team

  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clarity of priorities and value delivery

  • Drive continuous improvement based on delivery metrics and team feedback

  • Support execution within SAFe or similar scaled frameworks when required

Qualifications & tech toolbox

  • Proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum required, SAFe a plus)

  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro

  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and servant-leadership mindset

  • Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence

  • Ability to build partnership with technical teams and Product Owners

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field,  or equivalent hands-on experience

  • Experience supporting software development / cloud / data engineering teams

  • Exposure to Product Management or application delivery environments strongly preferred

Extra stardust for

  • SAFe certification or experience in scaled Agile environments

  • Coaching or professional facilitation certifications

  • Familiarity with modern engineering environments (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data)
