Your Responsibilities
Nice to Have
Proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum required, SAFe a plus)
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro
Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and servant-leadership mindset
Strong communication skills & emotional intelligence
Ability to build partnership with technical teams and Product Owners
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience supporting software development / cloud / data engineering teams
Exposure to Product Management or application delivery environments strongly preferred
